Quote Requests

All quote requests submitted through the website are subject to review. A submitted request does not guarantee service or lock in a final price until an estimate is completed.

Estimates provided are valid for a specified period (typically 30 days). Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen conditions are discovered upon starting the project.

Scheduling

We strive to arrive on the scheduled date and time. However, outdoor work is subject to weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to rain, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment as outlined during the quote process.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.

Property Access

The client agrees to provide clear access to all areas where mulch installation is to occur. Please ensure vehicles, pets, and obstacles are removed prior to our arrival.

Limitation of Liability

Summer Break Bros will exercise reasonable care while performing services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to landscaping, hardscaping, or underground utilities not properly marked or disclosed prior to service.
